The drama group meets on a Tuesday 3-4pm in the Assembly Hall.
The group takes part in the Banbridge Speech and Drama festival and is always very successful. We wish you all the best in your preparations and the Festival.

Choir
Our School Choir meets every Thursday afternoon from 2.10 - 3pm.
Our choir is made up of children from Primary 5, 6, 7 & S1.
This year we are taking part in the Macmillan School Coffee morning. We have also been invited to sing at events during the run up to Christmas which will include our school Nativity play.

Guitar/Piano Club
This year we have offered Guitar and Piano lessons after school with Richie and Linda Parton (Music Minds). This has been very popular with our KS2 pupils.
If you are interested in tuition next year watch out for information coming home before the end of the term.

The activities available may change from year to year.

During the school day sports opportunities are offered to children in addition to their normal PE. On various afternoons children have an opportunity to participate in soccer, hockey and netball. A computer club runs every lunchtime for P5 - P7 and also after school for P6's. The school library is also open at this time. In the spring term the P7 classes participate in French classes which are very popular and enjoyable.

Opportunities exist for a number of selected pupils to receive tuition in strings, brass and woodwind from the Southern Education and Library Board's Music Services Peripatetic Staff.

The school has also purchased additional musical instruments. A hire charge for these is paid to the school. The money raised is used for the development of music in the school.
